We bought this for 2 different grandchildren and they both love it. It appears to be very durable and easy for 'little' fingers to manipulate. Of course, both sets of parents love the distraction and education it provides.

I admit, my son has yet to see this - but I love it. Gorgeous, colourful, sturdy and spinny - this alphabet abacus is sure to engage and educate...I also like that I won't trip over loose blocks in a bleary eyed 3am stupor...
