Descriptions and photos are accurate, why are buyers surprised?

It seems both the photo and the description describe the item accurately. My daughter has this and lots of other Haba food and loves playing with them. I can't figure out why many reviewers are surprised by the size of the foods, the size is given in the descriptions. Haba products are great and of very high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything they make (and no, I don't work for them).
Watch the size on some of the Haba foods...

This is actually half the size of a hotdog and looks nothing like bread.
